HEL PERFORMANCE STREETFIGHTERS - 2012 (release 3 of 12)

The Thundersport GB Streetfighters have grown from a fairly off the wall concept when first introduced in 2008, into one of the most successful series for ‘naked’ bikes anywhere in the world. Others have tried to imitate it, but there is just something about this grid that simply attracts an eclectic mix of people and machinery and that in itself creates something very special that just works.

For 2012 we have a change of title sponsor from LMB Recycling to HEL Performance whom we would like to welcome into our series. Long term sponsors LMB are staying with us, but with a change of class for 2012.

HEL Performance specialise in the manufacture of all stainless steel motorcycle and automotive brake lines and hoses in over 71 countries around the world. With over 3,800 motorcycle stainless steel brake line kits and a large range of oil cooler and stainless steel oil line kits, we are sure there will be something in their range to suit your bike. HEL Performance and TMG Group are also funding the extensive production and broadcast of a new programme on Motors TV in the UK and subsequently worldwide on Fox Sports and Channel Seven. Keep an eye out for the new programme details shortly to be released.

HEL Performance have not only put hard cash towards the TV programming, they have also brought in a three level rider support package for Thundersport GB competitors to assist us in helping you squeeze down the cost of competing.

The first 30 “Premier” registered Streetfighters will receive a free set of brake lines from HEL Performance to a value of £87 per set, but the offer doesn’t end there.

Other Thundersport GB classes are also included and the first 90 “Premier” registered riders from the other classes will get exactly the same deal. Also, on an ongoing basis throughout the 2012 season all “Premier” registered Thundersport GB riders will be entitled to a 50% discount on all HEL Performance braking products and all “Standard” registered Thundersport GB riders will be entitled to 25% discount on those same products.

We are fully committed to keeping running costs to a minimum for all of our competitors and have been busy seeking out this kind of rider support designed to keep more of your money in your pocket.

The above sponsorship equates to significant funding, but is difficult to quantify exactly, so we have made a very conservative estimate of around £15,000 but fully expect it to be worth much more as the take up on these top quality products is expected to be very high indeed.
